In 1994, in his parents’ spare room, founder Robert Tancred started what’s become known today as Capital Estate Agents. With some funding from his mother to start him off and a vision to break the mould and create a better estate agency experience for customers, the company became locally successful. Consistent hard work and perseverance earned the ability to expand property services.
