Option One-Full Service with Step By Step Guidance- £750 Upfront Fee We will provide you with photographs, room descriptions and a full service, seeing your property all the way through to your moving day and sale completion.   Option Two-Full Service with Step By Step Guidance- £150 Upfront Fee and £850 Final Fee On Completion. This choice will give you a Full Service as with Option One but with a lower initial fee.   Option Three- DIY Option- £550 Upfront Fee. For experienced sellers, having bought and sold properties before you will know the process. We will launch your property onto the market using your own photos and property descriptions.
