Portico have been helping match the people of London with their perfect property since 1818 when we began life as Edmund Cude. Under family ownership for two centuries, Portico was acquired by the Leaders Romans Group in 2021. Combining our expert knowledge of the London property market and maintaining our founding principles of integrity, approachability, and reliability we coupled access to the suite of LRG brands and products extending our service offering. To our core service offering of buying, selling, letting and renting we added expertise in mortgages and insurance, buy to let, shared ownership, conveyancing and surveyors amongst others.
